Calories and macros, tracked in seconds — not minutes.
A calorie and macro tracker for iPhone. Log by search, barcode, photo, a spoken description or quick numbers — all on one sheet — and one screen answers where your day stands. Premium re-reads your own data every week and resets your target.
SEARCH · PORTION · DONE
Logging that stays out of your way.
Find the food, set the portion, and you’re back on Home with an Undo — and a food you eat often relogs with a single tap.

One typed amount, units beneath — type it and go.

ADAPTIVE TARGETS
Targets that learn from you.
Everyone’s first target comes from established equations. With Premium, your own data takes over — MyMacroMentor reads your weight trend and your log week by week, adjusts your target, and states the reason.
Target adjusted −40 cal · your expenditure trended a little lower.
FIVE DOORS, ONE SHEET
Log it the way it happened.
Meals don’t arrive one way, so logging shouldn’t either. Five doors sit on one sheet, and the day’s remaining calories stay in view whichever you open. Pick a door — the stage shows the real surface behind it.

Amount
Instant decode — the portion sheet rises with the label serving set. No match? Photograph the nutrition label instead.
FROM YOUR PHOTO
You confirm before it logs — every row edits: swap a food, fix the portion, drop what isn’t yours.
FROM YOUR WORDS
Say it — or type it — and the words come back as rows you confirm, portion by portion.
A number is enough. Add macros if you know them, a name if you want it back later.
BUILT IN
Made for real weeks.
The behaviors that keep a tracker useful on week six, working from day one.
A streak that travels with you
Consistent days earn streak freezes, a missed day opens a repair window, and a planned break holds your place. Come back from vacation with your progress intact.
Cook once, log any portion
Build a recipe from search, a barcode, a spoken list or a photographed label, weigh the pot, and log any portion — dry or cooked, with the math visible end to end.
A target you can plan around
With Premium, your target changes at the weekly review and holds until the next one, with the reason stated.
Logging that works anywhere
Your foods live on your phone. Log on a flight, at a cabin, out of range — it saves the moment you tap Add.
Reminders at the times you actually eat
Set a nudge for breakfast, lunch or dinner, and one for a weekly weigh-in, each at a time you pick. They arrive on your lock screen, and a tap opens the app where that act belongs.
A finished day, read back to you
When a day ends, the app tells you in plain words where it landed — how far from target, which macro moved it, and how it compares with your own usual week.
Steps and weight, straight from Apple Health
Your day’s steps break out hour by hour, and your latest Apple Health weigh-in is already in your log the moment you open it.
Fix a logged meal down to the ingredient
Reopen a logged meal, re-weigh a recipe portion ingredient by ingredient, or tap Undo right after a log. Fixing a mistake is as fast as making one.
QUESTIONS
Plain answers.
When can I get it?
Soon — the app is built; App Store submission follows final testing.
What will it cost?
Logging is free — search, barcode, recipes, progress and streaks, with no limit. Free also includes three AI checks a week, shared across photo scans, described meals and label reads. Premium adds two things: weekly adaptive targets, and AI checks with no weekly cap. Premium starts with a 14-day free trial; exact pricing publishes at launch.
iPhone or Android?
iOS first. Android is planned — same app, same sign-in.
What happens to my data?
Your log lives on your phone. The full picture is in the Privacy Policy.
How precise do I have to be?
As precise as you feel like being. A scale and grams when it matters; a barcode, a photo, or a household portion when it doesn’t — the same log takes all of them.
How low will it set my calories?
There’s a floor. Recommendations stay above a safety level, and the app describes anything lower, in its own words, as “a level to set with a dietitian or doctor, not an app.”
Tracked in seconds. Read back at day’s end.
